Demo Title: Introducing Artificial Intelligence into the Classroom
The Google Educator Conference (CS4HS) supports primary and secondary school teachers in their exploration of Computer Science with a range of workshops, demo sessions and presentations.
Hosted by Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand, the purpose of the conference is to upskill our valuable high school educators by presenting ideas to engage students with new technologies and providing creative ways to present these in the classroom, so students can be better equipped for the needs of twenty-first century learning.
Dr. John Flackett will giving a demo session on 'Introducing Artificial Intelligence into the Classroom'. John will explore actionable ways in which students can be taught AI terminology and concepts by recognising AI-based systems, using real-world applications and building software with AI tools and techniques.
John joins a fantastic lineup of presenters from AUT, Auckland University, Google and Adobe.
This event will take place on Thursday 10th February 2022 and will be held online via Zoom.
John's demo session will be taking place at 12.30pm (NZDT).

Dr. John Flackett is a noted Artificial Intelligence international speaker. A leader in his field and passionate about AI, John presents key insights on AI and emerging technology’s future impact on society and the workforce at events and workshops around the globe.
