Workshop Title: How to Spot and Plan an Artificial Intelligence Project
In this workshop, Dr. John Flackett will present a set of scenarios and projects to workshop and identify whether opportunities exist to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Local Government. Session participants will achieve an understanding of how to identify a project suitable to AI, pointers on key considerations and steps to design an AI strategy.

John will also be speaking as part of the conference on Thursday 17th October 2019 at 11.00am titled 'Are You AI Ready?'.
The annual LGITSA Conference for 2019 is titled 'To Infinity and Beyond – You bring the plans, I’ll bring the parts, let’s build a spaceship." The conference is a two day event that incorporates keynotes/talks, workshops and a gala awards dinner.
