We’re thrilled to announce the next Adelaide AI Meetup on the 18th November 2019 from 5.45pm until 8.00pm with two interstate speakers.

Chris Rowlands is the Innovation Officer at City of Greater Bendigo (CoGB) in Victoria and will share details about CoGB's innovation and smart cities agenda. He will also talk about one of his award-winning initiatives 'Clever Weather' – a system that uses Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to gather data about the weather, which can then be used to make city planning decisions. Also joining Chris to talk about Clever Weather is Associate Professor Simon Egerton from La Trobe University in Melbourne.

Passionate about AI, we are here to help support and build a diverse, inclusive and informed AI community, where like-minded people can discover, discuss, network and promote the latest in Artificial Intelligence in a fun and friendly format. The growing Adelaide AI community includes developers, startups, industry leaders, academia and government, so whether you’re a professional, a developer, an enthusiast, or just plain interested, please come along, spread the word, and support our brilliant presenters.

Drinks and nibbles will be provided. Visit the Adelaide Artificial Intelligence Meetup Group to join the community.
